  1. Tupac? Geez!

It was probably Beethoven who, as did others such as Bach and Mozart, innovated many things but was the first great composer to elevate expression of his own emotions to the highest priority.

  2. Bo Diddly would have you believe it's Bo Diddly (he was rather vain). The phrase "Rock and Roll" was originally invented by a radio DJ attempting to describe Bo's electric-guitar-driven musical style.

You guys and your goddamned Western European white guys. Music was OK back then. But Classical is only one genre, and it wasn't even the biggest one in Europe back then; folk music has always been more popular, more "emotional", and often straight-up better than the aristocratic elucidations of Beethoven and Mozart. European, African, American, and Asian folk music have as much to do with modern beats than your powdered wig wearing Bourgeouse.

  3. Beethoven singlehandedly revised an entire era of not only music but emotional impact on virtually all genres that exist today.

  4. In would think Tupac Shakur aka Makaveli in terms of urban music. You can catch 2pac performing on discovstar.com. Click on the Classic Concert Link. Hope that helps!!

  5. Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, Irvin Berlin, Beatles
