What group or culture in the U.S , seem to group together and run successful businesses..?

Would that be WITH or WITHOUT special aid and "benefits" from the government?  There are many factors involved as to why a business is successful.  I doubt the culture behind the people running those businesses has much to do with it, provided government whistle blowing or hand outs are not involved.

Further, the businesses you compared between cultural spheres would need to be the same in order to make a conclusion.  I don't think that comparing a construction contractor's business to a "highway robbery" gas station and market would yield a fair comparison of cultural business success.  Each state and local government imposes different requirements on the two, that can impact the eventual success of the business, regardless of it's cultural origins.
