i saw this thing on 20/20 that its a habit to stereotype. not saying you should act on your stereotypes, just saying... its a part of our genetic makeup as human beings.

There has been a common habit among the Geniuses of all the times, which has been 'learning at least one new thing daily'. This habit is easily cultivable. Make it a habit, that before you sleep, everyday, you should make it sure to have learnt atleast one new thing and feel restless till you have done it. :)
