  1. hot rollers would defininelly work for that look. just make sure to use some hairspray!!! I would get a pretty big size rollers and as for the brand i am not quite sure. i have seen these on sale for 10 bucks but sometimes 30 bucks also. i would try ebay  for the cheapest but i know they have them at walgreens, walmart, ect.
