What hair cut would you recommend? ?

Question

I need to cut my hair (because my layers are long and my ends are DEAD).

I have my ends dyed blonde and I most likely want to get them all cut off (if not, I'm going to dye them black to match the rest of my hair)

So this is my hair now:

I don't want to dye it anymore because, it's honestly going to fall out if I dye it anymore.

How should I cut it?

(pictures would be appreciated!)

I want something that's stylish but also something that won't look like crud if it's not styled (I once got a razor cut and layered my hair like CRAZY and when it wasn't styled I looked so bad).

ANY IDEAS?!

I know a freind who cuts people hair and he  does it like the sceane type hair he uses a razor and stuff and makes the hair all tease and stuff ill ask and ill messagge u when i get some tips for u :]

first of all, let me tell you that you are gorgeous!

secondly, i think your hair would look really good if you just cut it to right above the blonde tips, a straight cut - very stylish.  and then did some straight bangs, like the bangs on this woman...

of course, the length and what not will be different, but those kinds of bangs, you know?  i hope you like my idea. :)

I think you should keep it similar to the way it is in the picture! Just get the ends cut off and keep the length as much as possible. I think the look layers look cute!

If you want to be adventourous you could do a cut like Rhianna's. Or you could get extensions?
