What hair product will thicken hair

my hair is going and I would like to thicken my hair do it won't be so thin.

The only product I know is Rogane, for hair loss, or thickening hair, but im not sure I would use it unless you do some research on it.

Could also use mousse and gels to at least make the hair appear to be thicker.
