What haircut would match me ?

okay so. my hair is damaged, i'm going to say that straight out. it's a lot of thick thick hair & i've gotten two straight perms. before the perms i used to straighten it everyday. i have highlights that i'm growing out because i don't want to dye over them. here are some pictures of me, what haircuts do you recommend ? & no i don't want c**p about how i damage my hair just tell me what haircut to get (:
