What hairdresser would you recommend in S or SE Melbourne?

Question

Looking for a great hairdresser, who's good with long hair cut and colour. And a good environment where people seem like they actually like working there. Anyone? :)

Memphis Hair Design ... it is 'outer' south eastern ... in Emerald in fact, but Justine and the girls are excellent. I have long hair which they have looked after for the last 3 years. I have it cut and coloured every five weeks and have never ever (not once) had a complaint about my hair, with them. This is the first time in 43 years I can say this. They do exactly what you ask for, and if your hair is unsuitable for anything you wish done they will tell you up front why they cannot do it. Fantastic hair salon ... fantastic crew.
