Well First thin her hair then die it darker. For the cut there needs to be alot of length cut off. Make sure to get layers. If she is up for it make it about and inch less than shoulder length.. =)

uh... go with larged-up hair on top (idk some thing big on top) pulled back hair on the sides and keep it semi long in the back.
