probably not answering to your question but i think it always work to actually just go down to the salon and ask the hairdresser. they provide the best and most suitable advice most of the time. that's what i do.

curl is put some curlers in it pin the bangs to the side and make it curly beyonce, or rianna (the singers) new short cut

i think you need to show more of your face and maybe get side bangs. straighten your hair too like stick strait it would go good with your look.

What happened to your fringe? Honestly it looks like an overused broom! It's important to have a neat one since you're pretty. So i suggest you have a swept fringe-i mean side fringe. Or cut it like china doll to neaten it up.

leave some hair on the side of your face, pin up the rest in a "puff" ball. Add some accessories behind the hair you left down. Wear long (but circle is better) earrings. I think that would look good but you look fine ^^
