What hairstyles would look good on me? (picture included)?

My hair is veryyyy long almost down to my butt, but I need a change before school starts! I've tried layers and don't like them much because my hair is VERY thick and it tends to get too bouncy. I straighten it often and would like to keep some length to it, but I do need it trimmed. Ideas for haircuts and easy hairstyles for me during the school year would be helpful! thanks!
