I wear my promise ring with my engagement ring on my left hand.  And before I was engaged I wore my promise ring on my left hand.  I think it just belongs there :-)

Left hand. Right hand rings are just purely decoration, any commitment ring goes on the left hand.

You wear it on your left hand on your ring finger. When you get an engagment ring you take your promise ring and place it on your right hand ring finger- putting the engagement ring on your left! :)

I wore mine on my left hand and then when he proposed i didnt wearit for a while (to give the attention to my new engagment ring) but now i wear it on my right hand - because its a pretty ring.!

I have seen some girls wear it around thier neck if they are into sports, or in nursing etc...it depends on what fits your life style
