Question:

What hangover cure do you swear by?

"DONT DRINK" isn't a hangover cure its hangover prevention and that isn't what i asked now is it???????

  2. Plenty of clear fluids and food...of course professionally speaking I should advise you to never drink as much in the first place!

    if its really bad the next day drink some more!

  5. Here's what I do.

    1. Eat a light meal before you begin drinking. Have a multivitamin with your meal.

    2. With each drink you have, drink a glass of water with it. Try to have a glass of water for every drink you have, or at least half a glass.

    3. I would recommend not drinking hard alcohol, as this makes hangovers worse. Beer or wine is better.

    You should have this after you're done drinking for the night.

    5. Before you go to bed have an aspirin, to prevent a headache in the morning and drink two glasses of water before you go to bed. Keep water near by in case you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night.

    6. Sleep at least 9 hours if possible. Or 10 is good too.

    8. Have a light breakfast, nothing with too big or too fruity or with too much protein. I like having a 6 inch subway. It's my favorite hangover food. Anything with break and sodium is good too. A bagel..small sandwhich, etc.

    9. I used to have B-clear through out the day of a hangover, but I don't think they carry them anymore. Now I have EmergenC packets.

    10. Drink LOTS of water through out the day.

    Good luck. This works for me. No matter what though, if you go out and drink a whole lot you're not going to feel completely great in the morning, but these tips help me to at least feel like I wasn't run over a truck or so hungover that I just want to hide in my dark room all day.

  10. A peanut butter sandwich!! I know it sounds crazy but it works. The bread and peanut butter absorbs it.....
