  1. Absolutely nothing.  As long as you have paid for your fare, the bus company doesn't care where you are from or what your citizenship is.  

    The only exception of course would be a bus crossing an international border.


  2. Nothing.

    Immigration officers don't randomly go around asking you for your papers.  There's no law that says you have to have proof of legal presence on you when riding a bus.

  3. why would it be illegal. As long as you can be in the country legally you can ride the bus.

  4. Where exactly do you think Bin Ladin can hide and not

    worry about the USAF in these recent years if not North

    America public transportation;  he and anyone else can

    get on with just the fare in-hand and a smiling disposition.

    Being an illegal on public transit is business as usual.  I'd like to see ICE raid USA bus stations and deport more of their transit ridership.
