However, there are too many mutated germs and live organisms that thrive in  raw meat, so to be safe choose well-cooked meats.

You could get worms and possible die I cant remember the bacterias name. But about 10 years ago a Jack in the Box store didnt cook their meat very well and the meat was tainted. I think it was around 3 people died and more where hopitalized. I wouldnt ever eat raw hambuger meat.

you're fine.. beef can be eaten if slightly undercooked

for instance.. some people eat steak rare which is really undercooked and still has alot of red in it

as long as it wasnt a chicken burger, i think you'll be fine
