What happen If I get caught by Speed Camra(UK) and I Have EU driveing licence?

I have received "Conditional offer of fixed penalty" for 60pound and 3point on Driving lic.

But It saies I MUST HOLD CURRENT UK DRIVING LICENCE ISSUED BY DVLA S.

I have European Union driving licence.

So what can i don know?

Or How do i have to pay for penalty?
