You are likely going to be eligible for some amount of need-based aid in the form of grants.  The govt will pay nearly a full Pell grant for an EFC that low.  Talk to your financial aid office.  You should receive an award letter shortly after your FAFSA processes, providing you have completed all other forms of paperwork required at your school.

You will eligible for a PELL grant up to about $4000 for the year ($2000 per semester)

You may qualify for other federal or state need based grants, you will have to check with the financial aid office at the school you are going to attend.  

you will also be eligible for a Federal Stafford Loan, again talk to your school about the amoung you can receive.
