  1. Wow. First you talk about stealing gas and now you're talking about 1) Fraud and 2) Theft.

  2. first it won't give you instant credit.  But, if you had a credit protection on your account then you could get the $500 and it would go $500 in the negative.  Because, when the teller person that takes care of the deposits opens and empty envelope she will not put it on your account.  so, you will owe the bank $500.  When you move to another city and if you try to open another account with another bank you won't be able to.  That is a silly plan and banks are smarter than that...come on.

Now my friend when i was younger had a pretty clever plan and it worked for a little bit until they finally got caught then they ended up with big fines.  That was in California where they don't have room in jail for petty crimes.  But, in a smaller town they could put you in jail for this. But, anyway what they did was they both had $0 in the bank.  And each of them wrote and check to the other for $1000.  That way it looked like there was $1000 in their banks, they pulled it out and then when the checks hit their accounts to clear there was no money..

  3. it's not going to work.  they'll know pretty quickly.  and you can't access the money until it's actually in your account.

  4. im not positive, but i beleive thats a felony, and you can be imprisoned for that.

  5. If you deposit an empty envelop, than that's what you will get, nothing.
