Not possible. Even if there was still any antimatter left in this universe, and an antimatter you existed, the moment it came into contact with any ordinary matter, such as air, it would be destroyed, just as you would be if you came into contact with air made of antimatter. So, if you were to attempt to meet anywhere that either of you could survive, the other would be destroyed before you actually came into contact.

Well if I met my antimatter self and we shook hand s we'd annihilate each other releasing about  10,620,000,000,000,000,000,000 Joules of energy since I weigh about 59 kg and I assume my antimatter self would weigh the same.

If you were foolish enough to shake hands, you would blow a sizable hunk out of the planet, ending life on Earth.  Fortunately the matter/antimatter question was solved at the earliest moments of the universe, instants after the big bang.  There was a slight imbalance of matter over antimatter by a factor of about 1/10000.  What remains in the universe is that tiny fraction of remaining matter.  Everything else returned to energy.  There is no antimatter you.  Sorry.
