What happen to the NAMMAE?

Question

I'm a big MMA fan and I was looking forward to the NAMMAE (North American Mix Martial Arts Expo) this coming weekend (7/10-7/13) but I cant find any info on it anymore and the web site seems to be gone. Does anyone have any info, is it still going to happen or why was it cancelled?

I have been searching online for a week now because I was also going to attend but the only thing i could find was that NAMMAE seems to be involved in a lawsuit with another mma expo so i think they may have just cancelled the whole thing. Im going to call the anaheim convention center the day before but its probably cancelled because they have nothing on their website about it either. Oh well just go to the IMMAE in Long Beach in August like me :)
