Question:

What happen to the baby???? is it normal??

f i eat lots of junk foods all the time and don't drink water enough so what happen to the baby? will baby fine? or baby will damage from it?? is it normal??

  1. Sometimes is not you but the hormones and the baby taste and preference of food that makes you eat like that . But make sure you drink at least one liter of water a day i wasn't drinking enough water and at the appointment they were telling me that they find protein in the urine which can cuz a urine track infection because of the lack of e]water intake, as soon as i was drinking one liter a day i was good and no protein in the urine. I had the same problem when i was prego i was eating like two burgers and milk shakes and french fries all the junk i was finishing almost an entire pizza and before i was prego i could not stand all that food. Guess what i had a healthy 7 pound baby girl and i just had to lose an extra 12 pound after delivery . But if you breastfeed you will lose weight faster cuz it take a lot of calories from the body.

    PS: Don't worry if each appointment the doc say you r fine believe me you fine. Cuz i was worried too, but each appointment the doc was saying am fine and i was and the baby aswell.

  2. you need water for hydration and you must eat right and take vitamin's you need folic acid.  ARE YOU FOR REAL  if you are ask your doctor this same question see what they tell you.

If you don't get enough of certain vitamins during pregnancy, baby might have deformities (ie- lack of folic acid might result in spina bifida)...  but for the most part, it's your body that will suffer. Junk foods will make you gain a ridiculous amount of weight and lack of water will make you exhausted.

  5. I have known women who not only ate junk food, but smoked while they were pregnant and their babies turned out ok.

    It is wise? NO. If a woman cares about her child she will do whatever is best for her and that child including eating healthy, taking prenatal vitamins, drinking plenty of water, and getting plenty of rest and light to moderate exercise while she can.

    Eating junk food is a bad idea for anyone. But the extra fat and calories could put weight on not only the mother but the infant as well possibly complicating the delivery. Plus the infant will not get the proper nutrients it needs for proper development. Remember baby eats what mom eats.

  6. well if you care about your baby i suggest taking your prenatal vitamin everyday and eating better, healthier foods. you may not want to...but you do owe it to the little one. you can still have snacks, sweets...etc, just don't make that ALL you eat. good luck.

  7. even if your not pregnant... this is not a good way to treat your body!!!! not healthy for anyone!
