What happen when someone blocks my ip ?

can someone block my ip ( i tagged the persons cbox) ..

if the person does block my ip .. what happens?

please explain i m really cluless

Yes, anyone could block another's IP, if that someone knows your IP numerical address.

If an IP is blocked, all the users of that IP address would not be able to use whatever service that it was block out for. Say: if your IP is 1.1.0.0 and Yahoo blocked IP 1.1.0.0 from using its services, then your computer--using IP 1.1.0.0--will not be able to use Yahoo!Mail or Yahoo!Answers, Yahoo!etc but sure thing you could access, say google.com.
