What happen when they search you at the airport ?

You usually aren't searched.  

It depends on the kind of search.  Sometimes they just pull you aside for an additional "wanding."  Sometimes they put you in the puffer machine.  Sometimes they do a (very) physical pat down.  If they suspect you of hiding anything, they may take you to a private room for a more extensive search of your clothing/body.  

The random searches usually just involve wanding or pat down.

they will take things that you aren't allowed to have, or make you pay taxes for stuff you are taking into the country.
