What happen when you fail your first drug test for probation?

first crime it was an O.w.v.i and i have been on probation for 6months will i be put in jail or on a longer probation?

And please if your going to say dont smoke it plz dont answer and leave.. thank buches!

Depends on your P.O. He can violate your parole and send you back to do jail time. Problem for you is, if you can convince your P.O. it was a one time incident after 6 months.

I was on probation my first time  for 1yr and 2 months  ive never failed a drug test  but you will either do labor or get a weekend in jail

Either a longer jail sentence, or based on how old you are, you might just get house arrest if you are a juvenile
