  2. You may just need new bulbs but it could also be a fuse or a bad switch.  Check for voltage at the plugs.  Good luck.

  3. When you have high beams and no low beam lights it usually means that a fuse has tripped or burnt out. Generally if it is one light then it is just a lighting issue. You could also have a short on a wire or you may have a model that trips both out if one has burnt out. Perhaps if you check the fuse and change one they may both work again. After replacing the fuse if they still don't work then replace the bulbs in the lights. Failing that then you may have a wire that has rubbed through and shorted out.
