  1. since u are a repeat offender in know in louisiana you might get a lisense until u r 21!! the judge may be lenient because of your disorder so who knows. good luck!!

  2. The courts are extremely lenient on juveniles these days.  My little brother didn't have a license and he stole a neighbors van and crashed it into a parked police car.  He spent 1 night in juvey and that was it.

courts don't like to punish juveniles they would much rather rehabilitate them.  Most likely you will get community service or something along those lines.

  3. That is even worse and the judge will not allow you to drive till you are 18...

  4. Stop being a repeat offender. DUH!

  5. Most likely you will lose the ability to obtain a drivers license for at least a year, if not until you are 18.  Since you were busted before for a curfew violation you appear to the courts as a repeat offender, and the judge will most likely not let you off scott free, but rather make it a little rough on you to teach you a lesson and make you understand that you need to follow the rules, "oppositional behavior" be damned.

The bottom line is that you are responsible for your own actions.  You can't go into a bank and rob it and then say, "It's okay guy's!  I have a disorder!"  They will still cart your butt off to jail.  My advise to you?  Quit breaking the law.

    Good luck to you.
