What happends if a baby doesnt bring up all there wind?

they will either get an awful pain in their belly or will vomit

he or she will get wind, i use to move baby around give her a stretch and then try again, she was a nightmare at bringing her wind up and use to take me about a hour at a time, if she is over 4 weeks, try ssome gripe water

They eventually burp on their own, or maybe f**t.  However generally intestinal gas is cause by food digestion not swallowed air.

Wind?  You mean gas?  Nothing.  It can upset their tummy, they will be more prone to spitting up, but otherwise it won't hurt them.

if it's a young baby the gas will most likely stay in the baby for a while and cause some discomfort or pain. some of the milk might also come back up.

if it's an older baby that's sitting or moving then they usually burp sooner or later or it might come out as a big loud f**t tihi. if the baby is very full and gets into a weird position then some of the food/milk can come back up.
