What happends if you continue to eat after your full? ?

Question

If youve just eaten your whole dinner and feel like you couldent eat another pea, what would happen if say (Hypothetacly) somone came along tied you down, put a gun to your head and forced you to swallow more and more food?

What would your body do?

Don't force yourself. Even if you don't realise just try to eat sensibly but your body throws it up because the immune system and digestion system cannot handle anymore

There is a small valve at the top of your stomach that closes when you are full. If more food is put down the throat after this point, you throw up because of the gagging reflex, which is automatic. That Monty Python video is funny. That's from a long time ago. It can really make you sick if you keep thinking about it.

i guess you puke, ACTUALLY, i know of a girl whose stomach exploded, im serious, she had bulimia and she died because her stomach exploded , you dont usually die if your tum explodes but she did cuz it triggered a brain hemorrage, may have had something to do that she was sticcking her head down the toilet at the time. theres a pic of her on youtube search something like bulimia death stomach explode, its part of an educational talk. but seriously the photo is of her naked and purple because shes been dead slumped over the toilet. um, so beware.

The Romans are reputed to have vomited deliberately during large feasts. They would apparently gorge themselves, spew it all up again and then start over. Interestingly, the vomitorium had nothing to do with this practice.
