  1. There could be trouble ahead, just face the music and dance.

  2. 20 years hard labour

  3. If you have an accident without insurance, and the police are involved, at the very least you will get a ticket.  You may wind up with your car towed and impounded also.  Once you appear in court on the ticket, it's entirely possible you will have your license revoked.

Get insurance, then you won't have to worry about it.  If you absolutely can't afford insurance, don't drive.

  4. Depends on the state. In Texas, you lose your license, car impounded, you personally are responsible for any damage to the other vehicle if at fault, large fine, have to get SR-22 insurance (not to mention insurance premiums will go thru the roof). you are pretty much hosed, sorry to say.

  5. Hi

If the accident was your fault you could end up with a list of charges.

    No insurance .

    Driving without due care

    dangerous driving .

At the least you will have a big fine and points to come and if you have had your licence for less than two years may even have to re-take your test.

Whomever you had the accident with can sue you and that can run into 100s of thousands we have all seen the adds for accident lawyers .and they are real sharks .

You will find that insurance will now go through the roof for you if they will even quote for you . a new trend with insurance company's now is to not insure anyone with convictions for no insurance .or quote so high that its not worth it .

  6. the answers above sort of cover it though i would say 200 -500 quid and 6 to 8 points on lincence. you may well be liable personnaly for any costs caused by the incident . you need expeert legal advice on this

  7. you get fined £160 6 points on licence even if you have not got full licence and banned and pay court and the other car owner the cost

  8. 6 points automatic for driving without insurance. A hefty fine and your car towed at the side of the road. You may be arrested at the side of the road and if someone is injured you could face a prison sentence.

  9. Pack a toothbrush and some underwear and  say goodbye to your license.  Be prepared to pay for the accident damages when/if you get out.

  10. Your licence will probably go on holiday to swansea ( i.e. you could be banned.)

  11. It is obviously an offence to use a vehicle without insurance....so you will get a fine and points on your licence...it is entirely possible that the injured party can take you to a civil court and sue you for damages for any damage to their vehicle or injuries....if the injuries are severe then you can say bye bye to your house, or any other assets you may have now or in the future....you may be working for twenty years for nothing as all your money will have to be paid to the Court....should have got insurance shouldn't you....
