What happened?? Does anyone else think this?

I kno it might just be me but doesn't anyone else ever wonder what happened to the OLD Disney. Like when it was the movies such as Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella. That in my opinion is Disney, but now with all this Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers, it's just NOT Disney, it's fake! Does anyone else think that the old Disney was better? Please if you think the new one is better explain. I don't think Walt Disney ever thought that his Disney creations would lead to HSM, Hannah Montana or the Jo Bros, I think he always wanted the orginal to stay. What do you think?

I like the newer Disney better because I got tired of the same old cartoons, but now we have some of both and to me it's more enjoyable.

well, i agree with you in some parts.

i think it's the same with lizzie mcguire and so forth.

cinderella and snow white are fine for when we're all little, but if we got to be like, 13+ and still watching them, it'd be a bit weird.

hannah montana and hsm are just for older kids, to keep them entertained and still watching.

and also, walt disney must have known that eventually, the classic mickey mouse wouldn't cut it anymore. i <3 mickey and the gang, but i like all the rest too.

that's my view i guess.

I can't stand the disney now. I miss the old one, when it was actually GOOD. If Walt Disney were still alive, he wud most likely put all of the c**p they are playing on disney now to an end. I miss the good disney, and now its only turning into something that i cant stand ONE bit.

i soooo agree. the disney classics were best of disney. like not even cinderella two because the first was her story...there shouldnt be an after of the "hapily ever after" sequal. today disney is doing whatever they can to entertain the new generation of kids. i hope that this whole hannah montana craze will be over soon. she is everywnere

I agree.  There's no "Little Mermaids" or anything even remotely close to as good as the older Disney movies.  Disney stars are now real people instead of cartoons, that's no fun.

I don't watch Disney Channel anymore. It's such c**p.

I miss the Disney classics, such as the ones you named. Now, the only movies on that channel is Camp Rock and HSM. Those movies suck. Ughhhhh I really hate what it has become.
