What happened? HELP!?

used CCleaner and now my computer's messed up. The fonts for my desktop are different, as are the fonts in my internet windows, I can't use a picture as my desktop background because it says they're all psp files, and the overall look of the fonts on webpages are different. I use internet explorer and my menu bar disappeared and won't come back! What happened??? Is there a way for me to get my Windows back to the default, back to the way it normally looks? HELP!

CCleaner probably didn't mess up your computer. The reason it won't allow you to set an image as your desktop background because you are choosing invalid files. Windows will accept: jpg, jpeg, gif, and bmp images. You can view your menu bar in Internet Explorer by pressing the Alt key. Try looking around the internet options in Internet Explorer and the Control Panel in Windows for a default font setting.
