What happened at Victoria Station on Saturday (12/07/08)?

"Police line do not cross" cordoned off most of the station, people were evacuated out, huge police presence and sniffer dogs and alarms going off. Yet 20 mins later all had gone. Surely not to do with the Oyster card c**k up?
