What happened at the beginning of the Nadal Andreev match?

The ATP Live Score thing stopped at 15-30 in the first game, but the time was still going up, can anyone who is or was watching it live tell me what happened?

I just thinking Medical Timeout, wet courts; someone fill me in :)

They showed it in slow mo, it was really gross. He twisted it or something, it folded over.  It sux because I think the game would have been a bit closer.

andreev buggered his ankle and had to get it bandaged.

it bent the wrong way, ouchhh.

Igor fell over, Nadal went to ask if he was ok helped him up and the trainer came and bandaged his ankle up. He has sprained it a little.
