Jamie and Landon get married. We learn in a voice over that Jamie dies. Then about 4 years later, Landon comes back and visits Jamie's father and returns the book of quotes. Landon also tells her father that he's sorry Jamie didn't get her miracle. The father responds that Landon was the miracle.

they got married and after few months jamie died. after 4 years landon visited jamie's dad and give him back the book of poems/quotes. he said he's sorry that jamie did not receive a miracle. jamie's dad sad he shouldn't be sorry because landon is the miracle. landon is in medical field already. he life is in the right path already. that's the miracle.

this is the best line in the movie: "jamie's love is like the air. you cant hear it. but you can feel it."
