What happened last night

last night me my mom and my friend were at home alone we were really creeped out because we kept hearing knocing and other noises.

then we were in my moms room looking at pictures. when we were in there we heard somthing fall in the bathroom. when we went in there there was nothing on the floor. what was it

maybe it was something from outside, obviously. my house makes unneccassary creepy sounds; it's just the furnace, fridge, heater, whatever.

It could have been demonic spirits. Therefore I suggest that you pray asking Jesus Christ to protect you and your family. Then whenever you her or see anything weird you need to command that demon to leave your house alone in the name of Jesus Christ. If the problem persists get a pastor to bless your home. Also if it gets really bad you and your family should move. Some demons are very territorial and could believe that either your house or the land is their own and they will not give it up without a fight. Take care and don't be afraid. If you ask Jesus Christ to protect you he will.

The most likely explanation is that the house was settling some and perhaps there are birds or bats in the attic.  I'm sure it is nothing spiritual or demon like.  But you might want to have someone check out the attic for critters!
