  1. People are waking up to the fact that the markets are inflated and that the dollar is headed down due to the Fed and their inflation policies. Now here is the real kicker. For you to understand how inflation is caused you must first understand that inflation is an increase in the supply of money. The rising of prices is the effect of inflation. Money is created not by the government but by the Federal Reserve an all the banks. Its created by the sale of government bonds and then the Fed in turn prints new money. When it enters the banking system the banks increase the money supply by creating new money buy issueing loans. This is called fractional reserve banking. So as each new dollar is created by the Fed the banks creat an additional 9 to 28 more dollars is created by the banks in the form of loans. As inflation rises the markets react by fleeing from the dollar to gold, silver and oil as well as other hard assets.

This inflation cycle is not over yet and wont be for at least another 5 years. As the bonds from 1978 to 1983 mature, new bonds will be issued to take their place. When this happens that will add to the money supply. The bonds that were generated in those years didnt add to the money supply becaus ethey were purchased with peoples savings becaus ethey were paying a high (14%) interest rate. When the new bond are issued to replace those they will be paying an interest rate of less then 5%. This will require the Fed to be on the hook for all these bonds and that action will cause the banks to issue more currency when this action takes place. The result will be a massive amount of inflation. The markets are asleep to this fact but they are beginning to reilize the nightmare thats going to become reality. A few are fleeing the markets for this reason.
