What happened on the hills season 4 premier last night?

Here's the basics:  Audrina had a b'day party.  LC and Lo pretty much put everything together for her and Lo felt uncomfortable that she didn't know anyone at the party so she went upstairs.  LC was upset that Audrina and Lo arent getting along and so she told Lo that she had to clear the air with Audrina.  When Lo went to talk to Audrina, they each said their piece and basically decided that they would never be friends.  When Audrina said, I don't really care, we will never be friends, Lo got insulted and just okay and left.  LC had a date with long time ex Doug.  She likes him, he came to Audrina's b'day but not much happened.  Heidi's sis came for a visit which upset Spencer.  When sis was leaving she told Heidi that she was thinking about moving from CO to be by Heidi and asked if she could stay with them until she figured out what she was going to do, Heidi said they would work it out and then after sis left, he reamed Heidi.  Those are the highlights.

Lauren went on a date with an old friend, Doug. (She went to his prom when she was in high school and they randomly ran into each other)  The date went well and she invited him to her house cause Lauren n Lo threw a party for Audrina's birthday.  Lo was actin like a b**** and didn't really wanna participate in the festivities.  Lauren was a lil upset cause Lo n Audrina weren't gettin along and told Lo to talk to Audrina.  Lo went to go talk to Audrina and Lo said that Audrina wasn't putting in any effort to work on their friendship.  Audrina said that she is over it and she will never be friends with Lo.  

As far as Spencer and Heidi, Spencer moved back in and they are working on their relationship.  Then Heidi's sister decides to come visit and Heidi didn't warn Spencer and she showed up a lil early.  Spencer acted like his normal self and had an attitude.  Heidi was happy to see her sister.  As her sister is leaving she tells Heidi that she wants to move to LA and stay with them until she finds a place.  Of course Heidi says it's ok and Spencer is upset and doesn't want Heidi's sister staying with them.
