What happened to Australia in the second half?

They had all the possesion in the first half and withered and died in the second!

  1. They rolled over and got spanked like good little boys!

    Come on New Zealand. The Kiwis really stepped up the pressure in the second half by chasing down everything. That was the difference.


  2. The wallabies were really shown up at the scrum and set pieces by the best team in the world at the moment. A stable forward platform is what is needed for our boys to gain time to execute strong backline plays and let Larkham and Giteau weave their magic. Going into the WC in France it looks as though we might have to concede the scrum and look to be more mobile in the forwrds and hope to capitalise at the breakdown, rather than the set-piece. Experienced backline champions can have no influence if they don't get the time and space to move. We need some drastic changes to harbour thoughts of a third WC triumph.
