What happened to CD 101.9???

you know the new york smooth jazz station. why did they change it to a rock station? does anyone else find this wrong?

  1. The simple answer is that Emmis Broadcasting decided that an adult rock station would be more profitable than the smooth jazz station.  Technically, the smooth jazz station is still on the air; if you have an HD radio, you can hear it by tuning to 101.9-2.
