I dont think its under consrtuction or else Al would of put a message I think Jagex shut it down because all the videos are about runescape!!! man if they shut it down we should spam rs for it back.

same thing happens to me. the rumor going around is that jagex took down frugooscape. i cant guarantee this but it is possible that this happened.
