  1. Only one sibling survived childhood, Paula (1896-1960). Four siblings died in childhood: Gustav (1885-1887), Ida (1886-1888), Otto (1887), Edmund (1894-1900).

I could copy and paste, but there is some good info on Paula Hitler here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paula_Hitle...

  2. Well, you have to take into acount that Alois Hitler, Adolf Hitler's father, was married three times. His first marriage appears to have produced no children. His second marriage produced two children, Alois Jr. (who was actually born illigetimate as Alois and Franziska Matzelsberger were not married when he was born, infact Alois was still married to Anna Glassl) and Angela. Then Alois married Klara Pölzl, Adolf's mother. They had six kids, Gustav (May 15, 1885 to December 8, 1886), Ida ( 25 September 1886 to December 1886) Otto (born and died in 1887, sorry can't get dates beyond that), Adolf, Edmund (March 24, 1894 to February 2, 1900), and Paula

Both of his half siblings lived to adulthood and married. Alois Jr. married twice, Bridget Dowling from Ireland (they met in Liverpool, England in 1909) with whom he had a son (William "Willy" Patrick Hitler) and  Hedwig Heidemann who bore him a second son (Heinrich "Heinz" Hitler). He'd returned to Germany to start a safety razor buiesness when WWI broke out and  married Hedwig then. But he was still legally married to Bridget at the time and would get in trouble with the German government after the war because of his infidelity to his first wife. He died in 1956. Bridget and Willy immigrated to the US during the '30s where they became vocal opponent's of Adolf Hitler and Willy eventually was allowed to fight in WWII against his uncle (and get this, when he enlisted in the US Navy his recruiter's name was Hess). After the war, out of legitimate fear people would attack him for his last name he changed it to Stuart-Houston. Half-brother Heinz became a n**i  (Adolf Hitler's favorite newphew) and faught on the Eastern Front. He was captured in January of '42 and sent to a POW camp in Moscow. He would die in that camp.

Hitler's half sister Angela married Leo Raubal with whom she had three kids, son Leo Jr. and daughter Angelika Maria "Geli" and Elfriede. After Leo died Angela moved the family to Vienna. Following WWI she ran a boarding house for Jews, whom the OSS later noted she defended against Anti-semetics. In 1928 she and Geli became her half brother's housekeepers. Uncle Adolf (as in Geli's uncle) appears to have started a romance with young Geli. In '31 Geli may or may not have commited suicide. The offical finding was suicide, but there is of course rumors that she may have been murdered. Angela remarried a Prof. Martin Hammitzsch and would eventually die in '49.

Of Hitler's full siblings Gustav and Ida both died from diptheria. Otto's cause of death I can't find Edmund died of measles. And Paula.... Paula worked as a secretary in Vienna before and during WWI. She met her brother again in the '20s and renewed their relationship as siblings. Which actually cost her her job when her employers found out who she was related to in the '30s. Big brother Adolf took care of his baby sister by providing her financial support until his death. During WWII she worked as a secretary in military hospitals. She never joined the Navi party, however she was captured in '45 in Berchtesgaden by US intelligence and interogated. After being released she returned to Vienna then moved back to Berchtesgaden under the name of Paula Wolf (a name Hitler had insisted she used before the war as it was a nickname from their childhood). She died June 1, 1960 having never married and with no descendants of her own.
