What happened to Sydney's Wonderland?

I left Australia in 2004 and now I heard that Wonderland no longer exists =(

The rides were sold to a theme park in Queensland, and the land sold to land developers and turned into a industral site for warehousing, distrubution, and bulk goods,

They demolished it.. they were losing money i guess... The last time i went there, it wasnt even packed.. Hardly no one was there.

Now its all gone.. I miss it so much..

Some of the rides have been moved to different theme parks.. in other countries.. *sigh .. The demon is in america or something right now..

It was right on the intersection of the M4, the motorway to the west, and the M7, the ring motorway joining the M2, M4 and M5.  This made the site too valuable to be used as an amusement park and the inevitable happened.
