What happened to Word-Perfect?

10 years ago everybody used it...now? Are there still people using Shift-F7 to print?

Word-Perfect is still around. And most people use Control (CTRL) P to print. I don't think shift F7 is a function.

Two things. Microsoft came out with IMHO an inferior but better marketed product. (as they so often have) And Corel bought it and really didn't do a lot with it. I miss WP, but use Open Office now. But I do miss the reveal codes.

I still put it on my CV/Resume to show how 'advanced' I was, only geeks and secretaries knew it then.  Jobs w. old bosses like to see their employees have always been ahead and no-one will test you on it or expect you to know it so it's a freebie.

I loved word perfect, then microsoft office kind of took over and then MAC started to support their own versions of microsoft word and word perfect just got lost in the mix.
