What happened to all the Cotto fans?

Before the fight no one gave Margarito a chance. Everyone was for Cotto. Was i the only one who thought Margarito would win?

i thought so to i was surprised by how sure everyone was about cotto winning. HAHAHA is all i have to say to the ppl who put their $$$ on the wrong guy.

tried to tell people ha ha ha ha you see when cotto was moving and punching HE was winning.........but he slowed down THATS what got him.....when he slowed down he had no choice but to sit there and fight without moving so much..... (he was very tired) i actually think that mayweather would beat margarito just for the simple fact of his legs, shoulder roles, WAY too much movement hand speed....a brawler almost NEVER wins with a boxer like mayweather...i can't even stand mayweather but i know that he would win that one....(too much stamina also he'll move the whole 12) BIG UP TO MARGARITO what a great fighter he is.... stamina played a BIG role in this one

im cotto fan.. he had the fight he just couldn't take the punishment. margarito brought.it.....the guy is a beast.. and can take 3 punches to land 1. i can't understand how margarito has 5 loses he's animal..sumtimes u win sumtimes u lose..stop actin like margarito is the best now that he beat cotto. no one becomes better with out losing.the best fighter of all time have losses..

Cotto was favorite 3:1 ratio. All the hype was about Cotto's plan to destroy Margo and continue undefeated. And make history as the best Puerto Rican Boxer. Stuff happends so dont cry no more,

Great fight for Margo that forced the fight and Cotto kept running away from the power.

I am just glad that Cortez was not the ref other wise Margo would have been discualified when cotto was down and margo threw that final punch.

Not sure why a lot of people gave Antonio a lesser chance. Maybe due to Cotto being more well known? I'm suprised Cotto lost, but at the same time I'm not. I knew Antonio had a shot. When you break it down on pure skill level you'd have to give the edge to Cotto.

But Antonio can take a punch and can give one as well. So due to that you can never rule him out. The more skilled fighter doesn't always mean he's the better man in the ring. Proof is tonight.

I always knew Cotto would not be the same fighter if someone was pursuing him, that he couldn't hurt. It completely changed his mental frame, I think that's why he quit instead of getting knocked out. He was broken the same way he broke other fighters. I don't think he'll ever be the same again. On the bright side I made a $1000!!
