What happened to all the KOBE vs LEBRON debate?

I guess people have finally accepted that Kobe is BETTER than LeBron. And the only player you can hate Kobe with is M.J.

i doubt any biased LeBron jocker (i just can't hate on real fans... but the jockers) is gonna ever admit that kobe is better. i think maybe they're too concerned with the fact that he's outta cleveland when his contract is up. you should read how delusional they get when you bring that up... they totally freak out. it's similar to a sea captain yelling "woman and children first... the ship is sinking!" then chaos ensues.

#1 pistons fan doesn't know anything about basketball, so forget his answer. I love how people are still talking about Kobe wanting a trade, they are living in the past because that is where LeBron is, the past. He got to the Finals in the past, and won't be back. Anyone who says LeBron is more of a complete player, please e-mail me and tell me how that is? Does LeBron play defense? No. Is he a better shooter? No. Better free throw shooter? No. And that Pistons fans that said LeBron won by himself, what exactly did he win? I don't see a ring that says Cavs 2007 NBA Champs. Do you guys see it anywhere? No. LeBron didn't do sh*t by himself, but the media is hyping him up just like MJ. Daniel Gibson was the reason they got to the Finals. If he didn't take over the 4th quarter, there would have been another game 7, and we all know what LeBron does (or doesn't do) in game 7's. Choked in '06 vs Pistons, tried to win it himself with 45 worthless points againt the Celtics, and the Finals...o yeah, he got swept, but the same team the Lakers took down in 5 games. Kobe>Chris Paul...LeBron is somewhere down the line. People are so ignorant it is funny. So what if he is young? Kobe's only 29, that is young.

I think Lebron is more of a complete player then Kobe is but Kobe has a stronger will to win then Lebron has.

When Lebron makes it past the semifinals the talk will continue.  THe media talks about what's being broadcast and team success.  So when the Cavs made it to the nba finals Lebron vs Kobe debate heat up.  It's all media debating anyway, and they don't know anything you don't know.  The debates are made for commercial purposes not for deep thought.  Who care.

Yeah LBJ is stronger, has more power and uses it well to bully himself through the lane similar to Ron Artest. He would not be near as effective back when hand checking was allowed during MJ's day.  But Kobe is fluid, can beat you w/ tons of moves, and he can make his FTs not to mention play 1st team all defense.

Kobe does make his teammates better. As all who move to his team improve their #s while any player who moves to CLE just fails to improve at all.
