He's still recovering from an injury. He'll be back soon though don't you worry. He's scheduled for a h**l in a cell match with Deddie Gurrero for the next PPV.

well last year at night of champions he was suposed to face cm punk for the ecw championship but he didnt saw up

and lot of people say that he used drugs which he did and he went home and killed his son on a saturday and then killed his wife on sunday and hung his self

and some people say he didnt hear from his family all weekend and they didnt answer his calls so he went to see them and when he went bk his son was strangled his wife was stabbed and the he hung his self

so he is dead sadly

It was a tragic moment. Benoit went coo-coo psycho and killed himself and his family.

Chris Benoit over the course of the weekend of Vengeance (2006) (now Night of Champions) killed his wife, his son & then committed suicide.

Their bodies were discovered on Monday 25th June 2006. That night on RAW (when details were still unknown) Vince McMahon made a statement about the loss of the Benoits & the 3 hour memorial to the supposed dead Mr. McMahon was changed into a 3 hour tribute to the actually dead Chris Benoit.

However by the next night's ECW (after what had happened became apparent) Mr. McMahon apologized for his remarks on Monday & stated beyond that announcement there would be no mention of Chris' name. Since then his presence on any WWE related media have been removed, with only his Championship reigns being acknowledged on the site.

Chris Benoit overdosed on drugs and went psycho. He killed his family, then killed himself. That's probably a good example of what happens to you when you take drugs like steroids and speed.
