What happened to good music ?

Remember when music sounded good ?Like hip hop, R&B, pop and rock use to sound ?Hip hop sounded more real in the 90's and early 2000's. Before hip hop was about the real world. And had good beats to it. Now it sounds the same. It's just about money, bling, cars and clubs.

And remember how R&B use to sound ? It's not as good as it use to be. I always wonder if R&B would still sound the same if Aaliyah was still here.

And remember the way pop use to sound ? All pop really is now a days is wannabe rock.

And of course Rock music. What happened ? All the desent rock bands barley get as much attention as Jonas Brothers, Paramore, Fall out boy and ect.

Music is just not the same anymore. Am I alone ?

Also, I miss Aaliyah, Tupac, Biggie, and Lefteye so, so much. R.I.P. U guys.

I do like some music from now. But not as much as I did when I was seven years old.

I could not agree with you more. I almost cant even stand to turn on the radio anymore. I need to get best of the 90's cd or something. It makes me feel old because I cant stand most new music. Maybe it is our generation...who knows. The rap and R & B is the worst now. The lyrics are stupid. R &B sounds like a bunch of whiny babies.WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
