What happened to her?

Does anyone know a way to find ones birth parent or at least find out what happened to them? I have been passively looking for my birth mom since 1995 or so. My adoption was open and I have her maiden name and a last known residence, but it is from 1991 ad she always moved a lot. I don’t have any money for a PI or anything like that and I do not have her SS#. I have tried a general web search but no luck there.

Her name is Luigi Dickson, not sure on the spelling. The address I have is a place in Utah.
