what happened to jeff gordon laast week on sundays race at michigan my family was having a get together? i know he went from 7th to the 20's fast and i saw some playbacks of something haqppening but i couldn't hear it what happened to him?

Don't worry, Nascar felt sorry for Jr. and gave him one.  "Look daddy what I found today!  Someone gave me a trophy after this round thingy I drove around all day, I kinda woke up and found it in my lap"...  "Dang dad I could sure use a beer, so I can go back to sleep for 75 more races".

He was alternately pretty good to just good but never great. The fuel thing at the end really scrambled a lot of drivers' plans.

He didn't have enough fuel to make it to the end so he pitted & that put him back in the pack since not everyone had to pit.  He just didn't have the time to catch back up.

Why are family get togethers only on Sunday? lol I sit and watch the race while everyone partys around me. lol Jeff had a good run going but just plummeted to mid field. TNT said it was tires being worn but they had only 6 laps less on them so the handling probably went away.

fuel was the key if you do not take the Green white checker into consideration that threw everything off...he and most others took a pitt for fuel knocking them back and then the yellow flew forcing the gwc and it was history from there

Well, Steve "I don't know what's going on"  Latarte made another bad call by getting him in for fuel. He ended up finishing 18th. Oh yeah, NASCAR did feel sorry for Dale, JR. and he ended up winning with yellow/green checker...

God, I miss Rick Evernham.. How come Jeff doesn't get lucky like Jimmy all the time??
