What happened to my Favorites listing when I updated to the latest yahoo/internet explorer?

The update also changed my address from my yahoo to the regular yahoo home page.

I had the same problem. Click on the little star in the upper left corner for your faves.

On Internet Explorer 7 the gold star on the left of the toolbar is the favorites icon, or press Ctrl + i on your keyboard, and also if the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help isn't showing, click Tools (an icon that looks like a gear) on the bottom right of the toolbar, a menu pops up, click Menu Bar, or right click a vacant space on the toolbar, a menu pops up, click Menu Bar.

If you only need the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to appear temporarily just press the Alt key on your keyboard. This way your toolbar doesn't take up as much of your screen. If you want it to stay permanently, right click on a vacant space on the toolbar and click Menu Bar.

To make My Yahoo! your home page:

Go to My Yahoo!, click Tools at the top of your screen, click Internet Options, on the General tab under home page click Use current, click Apply, click OK, or follow the directions below.

To make My Yahoo! your home page click the link below and select My Yahoo! and click "Make This My Home Page".
